PU Fenestration Systems
The polyurethane resın system is a new pultrusion process. The two components of polyurethane, isocyanate...
The glass fiber pultrusion wedge block (UD block for short) embedded in the blade root is a pultrusion profile specially developed for the fan blade root. Developed by our company and Dow Chemical, it is made of epoxy resin as the matrix material and glass fiber roving as the reinforcement material by pultrusion process. This product is applied to the blade root of wind power blade. The strength and stability of the blade are improved by embedding the blade root. This product has the characteristics of high tensile strength, high shear strength and the same system with the blade. The product can overcome the defects caused by manual laying and vacuum pouring of embedded bolts, such as the quality defects such as wrinkles and bubbles.
