Wind Turbine Blades
The glass fiber pultrusion wedge block (UD block for short) embedded in the blade root...
The polyurethane resın system is a new pultrusion process. The two components of polyurethane, isocyanate and polyol, are pumped out by a special injection machine according to a certain proportion and fully mixed before entering the injection box. After the glass fiber and polyurethane resin in the injection box are fully soaked, they enter the pultrusion mold together, solidify at a certain temperature, and pull out the profiles continuously.
Higher thermal deformation temperature and Barcol hardness;
Better tatigue resistance;
With better nail holding force, self tapping screws can be directly used;
No smoke and odor generated during production, zero VOC;
High transverse strength of the product;
High dimensional stability and smaller shrinkage;
Complex cross section can be produced by pure fiberglass, such as door and window profiles;
It can provide better product surface. If spraying treatment is required, it can be sprayed without surface treatment;
